Electric Avenue Warranty

All of our electrical products come with a 6 month warranty from the date of delivery of the product. Please fill in the form at the bottom of the page to validate your warranty.

What the Warranty covers

The warranty covers against any original manufactural defects and covers the cost of labour and parts required to ensure the product is of working standard. This includes, motor, boards and battery faults. You must have proof of purchase and be the first person to have purchased / used the product. You must also validate your warranty by filling out the below form within 14 days of receipt of the product and submitting online or email to sales@electricavenueshop.co.uk.

Consumer Items not covered under Warranty

Bell, Brake Cables, Brake Pads, Charger Port Seal and Rubber Plug Handlebar Grips, Inner Tubes, Paint, Rubber Footrest, Rubber Stopper, Tyres.

You will not be covered under the warranty and it will be invalidated if:

  • The warranty has expired
  • The warranty or serial number has been modified
  • Damage has been caused by misuse of the product and is not in accordance to instructions set out in the manual, including but not limited to incorrect maintenance and storage, collision damage, wreckless behaviour ie heavy shaking, jumping, riding in very rough conditions etc
  • Damage has been caused by overloading of the products maximum load 
  • The products have been opened, altered or modified with non-licensed or non-original parts or by a non-licensed person
  • The damage is caused by normal wear and tear
  • You have submerged the product in water

In shop assistance

Please remember we will do our very best to assist you with any issue that you may have with your purchased product if it is not a manufacturing fault or if the warranty has expired or if the issue is not covered under the warranty. We can contact the manufacturer on your behalf and provide detailed instructions on how to rectify any issues with your product. We are also happy to assist you in repairing it at a reasonable cost, if required.
